About Denova Group DLC
We're a boutique mortgage brokerage that provides ‘tailored lending solutions, customized for you.’ We specialize in residential, construction and commercial financing for self-employed individuals. However, we service all types of clients irrespective of whether you are self-employed, into construction, a first-time homebuyer, divorced or new to Canada. We also offer refinance, debt consolidation, renewals, and home equity lines of credit.
Our brokerage is four and a half years old and the founding partners are all previous bankers who understand the importance of a professional experience that exceeds a client’s expectations.
Our diverse team of licensed mortgage brokers can help all types of clients with different employment and lending needs. We partner with real estate professionals to help ease the stress of the application process and to ensure a smooth transaction for our clients. We're happy to recommend real estate brokers, lawyers, appraisers, inspectors and property insurance brokers to help along the way.
Our client and relationship focus is consistent, however, our communication systems are always being enhanced. As mortgage regulations, rates and products are always changing, it is our job to stay current and take the worry away from our clients.
Our storefront head-office is located in Mississauga and is open from 9 am to 5 pm, but we are happy to meet you in person anywhere in the GTA. We can also get started with ease, either online or over the phone.
For us, spring and fall are the busiest times for purchases, which is mostly based on the weather. Most buyers don't want to buy a house covered in snow. Refinances are happening all year long. Early January (following the holidays) is a good time to look at your finances and consider consolidating any large balances accumulated the previous year.

For all that we receive from the community, we sponsor a local hockey and baseball team as a brokerage. Each of our team members volunteers and/or walk for a variety of programs including junior achievement, ovarian cancer research, Alzheimers research, heart & stroke research.
