Ty has been in the mortgage industry for 10 years with over 15 years banking experience. He specializes in complex alternate lending, commercial and construction financing. His extensive knowledge, and results placed him ahead of his peers and named him a platinum club member and top producer repeatedly. His approachable and personable manner allows him to build and maintain loyal and lifelong relationships with clients and partners. In 2017 he won the CMP Top 75 Brokers in Canada award being named 39 in the country.

Founding Partner/Mortgage Agent

Gabriel Gallucci grew up in a family of entrepreneurs in the restaurant industry. He learnt young that hard work and the client first approach was the key to growing a successful business. He Graduated from University of Central Arkansas with a degree in Business Economics on a Full soccer scholarship. After spending some time in England playing semi pro soccer, Gabriel maintains a solid business relationship with the soccer community both coaching and mentoring. Gabriel has been in the mortgage industry for 7+ years and was previously named to the Canadian Mortgage Professional Young Guns List in 2015. In 2017, he was awarded the DLC Diamond Award for being top 5% of DLC Brokers in Canada along with making the top 50 list for DLC Mortgage Brokers.

He has successfully closed over $120 Million in mortgage business. His passion is a client first approach and is dedicated to ensuring his clients have the best possible experience through the buying process from beginning to end. His true motivation is to educate his clients through the entire process so they are comfortable and confident. Gabriel’s main focus is working with first time home buyers, repeat clients, separated/divorced clients, new to Canada and non-residents.

Ty Naemsch - Scott Westlake

Scott Westlake has been in the mortgage industry since 2008, originating hundreds of millions in mortgages and has a passion for real estate. Prior to becoming one of the directors of Denova Group he worked at RBC as a top performing mortgage specialist, and was the recipient of the prestigious LEO Award. Scott is an avid golfer and is a member at Glenn Abbey Golf Course. He works with a lot of athletes, sports professionals, executives, friends and family alike. Scott played hockey at Acadia University and gets a lot of his drive and inspiration from the Canadian National Sledge Hockey team, which includes his brother and team captain, Greg Westlake.

Carson was born and raised in Oakville, Ontario and played both hockey in the Oakville Rangers organization and Professional Roller Hockey around the world.
